A8-16046-DD – Ebarb Waterworks District Distribution System Improvements
R P Construction completed the installation of potable water distribution infrastructure for the Ebarb Waterworks District as part of the A8-16046-DD Distribution System Improvements Project. The scope included furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary for the installation of new potable water distribution piping and related system components. A major component of the project included the successful installation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of waterline using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) in a single continuous bore. This trenchless installation minimized surface disruption while efficiently expanding the district’s water distribution capacity.

R P Construction completed critical improvements to the BPWW2 Main Water Plant as part of the infrastructure improvement project. The work included installation of new water transmission piping, mechanical piping connections, and associated appurtenances required to integrate new plant equipment into the existing potable water system. The project required careful coordination around existing facilities, including above-ground storage tanks and the treatment plant building, while maintaining operational continuity of the water system serving the surrounding community.

R P Construction completed a large-scale potable water distribution system installation for Beauregard Parish Waterworks District No. 6.The project involved furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to construct a new water distribution network serving a newly established water district. The work included installation of over 190,000 linear feet of water main, extensive service connections, valves, hydrants, and associated system components. Trenchless construction methods, including Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), were used where necessary to install pipelines while minimizing surface disturbance and maintaining roadway and property access.

The project focused on upgrading critical water system infrastructure to improve system pressure, reliability, and operational performance within the district’s potable water distribution network. Work included modifications to the existing well discharge piping, installation of new piping connections, system valves, pressure control components, and improvements to supporting site infrastructure around the booster station facility.

R P Construction completed the LA 27 Water Line Replacement Project for Beauregard Parish Waterworks District No. 2 to improve reliability and capacity within the district’s potable water distribution system. The project involved replacement and installation of new water transmission infrastructure along the LA 27 corridor. Work included installation of new 12-inch PVC and HDPE water mains, service line connections, valves, hydrants, and associated system components. Trenchless construction techniques, including Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), were utilized to install portions of the pipeline while minimizing impacts to roadway traffic and surrounding infrastructure.
Alligator Lake Force Main Installation
R P Construction completed the Alligator Lake Force Main Installation Project to improve wastewater conveyance capacity and system reliability within the Allen Parish service area. The project involved installation of a new 4-inch HDPE force main pipeline and associated system components required to support wastewater transmission operations. The work included pipeline installation, roadway and utility crossings, air relief valve systems, safety improvements at wet well access locations, and full system integration with the existing wastewater infrastructure.
2017 Oil/Water Separator Renovations – Safety Updates
R P Construction performed system-wide safety upgrades and renovations to 55 oil/water separator structures located throughout Fort Johnson. The project focused on improving safety, accessibility, and operational reliability of the existing separators that support vehicle maintenance and fueling operations across the installation. Work included removal of outdated components, installation of upgraded safety features, and improvements to access systems to ensure compliance with current safety standards and operational requirements.
Edgerly Road Water Line Installation
R P Construction completed a major water distribution system expansion along Edgerly Road for Waterworks District No. 7 in Calcasieu Parish. The project included installation of new HDPE and PVC water mains, service connections, fire hydrants, and extensive horizontal directional drilling (HDD) operations required to install the pipeline beneath roadways and existing infrastructure. The work involved installation of approximately 30,000 linear feet of 8-inch HDPE water main, along with additional distribution piping, service lines, valves, hydrants, and system appurtenances necessary to extend the municipal water system.
FY 2021 LCDBG Old Valley Electric Road Sewer Expansion
R P Construction completed the Old Valley Electric Road Sewer Expansion Project for the Town of Hornbeck, Louisiana. The project involved installation of a new gravity sewer collection system, construction of lift station infrastructure, installation of a sewer force main, and roadway restoration necessary to extend municipal sewer service to the Old Valley Electric Road area. The project was funded through the Louisiana Community Development Block Grant (LCDBG) program and was designed to improve wastewater infrastructure and expand sanitary sewer access for residents in the project area.
